This section serves as an ongoing archive of 35mm photographs documenting live shows, artists, and environments connected to the Incelcore scene. These images are meant to preserve moments from a growing underground culture that exists largely online and often disappears as quickly as it forms.
Archival is important, especially within smaller underground scenes where projects, performances, venues, and communities can vanish without much documentation. These photographs aim to capture not only the artists themselves, but the atmosphere, people, and spaces surrounding the music at a specific moment in time.
All photographs were shot independently on 35mm film at live performances.

SteakFest is an annual memorial show dedicated to 2 artists in the scene, Lil Watermark and Steakfry.
Performances that name more prominent artists within the scene tend to be targeted by antifa. Their goal is to have shows shut down, this was no exception.
We were kicked out of 6 venues total before a fan’s family member graciously offered their home for us to play at. Originally, we were fully setup in an indoor space but because of bomb threats made just hours before the show, we had to scramble to find another venue. Although it is not perfect, everyone was able to play despite the circumstances. It was an extremally fun show.

Skvm is the only show that happens in the southeast region of the US, and tends to have a smaller and more intimate audience. It was held at a different venue than previous years. Bird (Gjallarhornit) played an acoustic set on the beach the 2nd day. It was the only show where there were no issues. Out of all the shows I’ve been to, this was by far my favorite.
I drove about 20hrs over the course of 2 days, slept in a rental car and ate ramen in order to make it to the show on my small budget. The environment felt more personal than any of the other shows I've been too, I thinks it's mostly due to the audience being close-kit with the musicians, no one had the typical physiognomy of an 'Incelcore fan'. I was not used to it.

bella larson and the scene kids (non-incelcore)
This was only about a 3hr drive for me, so I decided to go last minute and without telling anyone. Everyone in my immediate vicinity were pissed because I've never 'rebelled' like that before, but I wanted to go anyway because I was there for the other shows, and I had never really been past Lima, Ohio (nothing town).
There was a vibe shift for this particular show as everyone seemed a bit more relaxed. Ziril was especially in high spirits. I think it was because they were finally going to get to rest for almost a month, the New York show was next week but everyone except Rack (Raccoon King) decided to sit it out.
Other than Incelcore artists, another band played. They go by the name bella larson and the scene kids. They have a meta irony folk punk kind of thing going on. Everyone else liked it, but I guess I'm too retarded to appreciate something like that because I didnt understand it. They played with us for another show or two but I didn't have my cameras with me so it's lost media. I do have footage of this show that I plan to upload and link here at some point, I'm hoping that it makes up for the quality of the scans. I only had my Ektar H35 on me.
